Relieving Chair Massage in St. George, UT
Enjoy a convenient chair massage to help you decompress from your day in my comfortable Washington County studio.
Chair massage is a great alternative for those who find it physically uncomfortable to lie on their stomach or back for extended periods of time during a regular massage, or who simply prefer sitting for their massages.
Others who may find it uncomfortable to disrobe for regular massage can also enjoy the benefits of massage through this approach.*
Additionally, chair massage offers the practitioner a different positional angle to the client body than regular table massage, inviting deep work on those areas most commonly complained about, like shoulder and upper trap tension. However, you can still enjoy a full-body massage with chair massage!
While I only do minimum 1hr appointments for single clients, I also offer shorter session packages for groups or events! Chair massage is an appreciated and magnetizing activity to add to your own party, community gathering, or work office event! Please call or text me about your plans, and we can discuss pricing details and scheduling.
*The client is advised to wear clothing that is comfortable, flexible or loose and not too layered or bulky for added benefit.

Who Should Avoid Chair Massage: While Chair Massage is highly accessible and deeply relieving, it is not right for everyone. You should avoid this specific service if you have recently undergone surgery—especially on your spine, neck, or shoulders—or if you are recovering from acute upper-body injuries or unhealed fractures. It is also contraindicated for individuals with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe osteoporosis, or those prone to dizzy spells when leaning forward. If you are pregnant, please let us know beforehand; while chair massage can be wonderfully relieving during pregnancy, we will need to make specific adjustments to the chair and our techniques to ensure you are completely safe and comfortable.
