Relieving Chair Massage in St. George, UT

Enjoy targeted pressure and instant relief for your neck, back, and shoulders with this convenient, fully clothed modality in my comfortable Washington County studio.

About Chair Massage And My Approach

Unlike a traditional table session, during a chair massage you will remain fully clothed. The session takes place in a specialized, ergonomic massage chair designed to completely and comfortably support your body while you lean forward, and no oil or lotion is needed.

I will use a combination of focused kneading, rhythmic compression, and targeted pressure to address the most common areas of tension: your back, neck, shoulders, and arms. The experience is often described as the perfect “quick reset,” designed to efficiently melt away upper body stiffness without interrupting your day.

Whether you are dealing with a stiff neck and tight shoulders from hunching over a computer all week, or carrying tension in your upper back from running the St. George Marathon, my studio provides a cool, quiet, and perfectly supportive sanctuary. My restorative chair massage quickly melts away that heavy, accumulated stress, giving you real relief so you can get right back to feeling your best.

I also offer mobile Chair Massage where I come to you whether at your home or for an event in the St. George area. Call or text me today to inquire.

Intake Process

We will begin with a quick check-in to discuss your current tension levels and any specific areas of discomfort, particularly in your neck, back, or shoulders. You will be seated comfortably in a supportive, ergonomic massage chair, remaining fully clothed throughout the entire session. The specific techniques and the amount of pressure applied will be customized entirely to your body's limits and preferences, focusing on safe, efficient relief for your upper body.

Who Should Avoid Chair Massage: While Chair Massage is highly accessible and deeply relieving, it is not right for everyone. You should avoid this specific service if you have recently undergone surgery—especially on your spine, neck, or shoulders—or if you are recovering from acute upper-body injuries or unhealed fractures. It is also contraindicated for individuals with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), severe osteoporosis, or those prone to dizzy spells when leaning forward. If you are pregnant, please let us know beforehand; while chair massage can be wonderfully relieving during pregnancy, we will need to make specific adjustments to the chair and our techniques to ensure you are completely safe and comfortable.

What My Clients Are Saying

"I was dealing with terrible stiffness and tight shoulders from my daily routine, and texting Megan was the best thing ever. The comfortable massage chair setup and her targeted pressure were exactly what my neck and upper back needed to finally loosen up. Even better is that she came to me, making it more convenient and relaxing in my own home. Highly recommend her to anyone in St. George looking for a quick and effective reset!" - Kelly L.

"I’ve had a chair massage one time before coming to Pinnacle. It was at the mall which was fine but it’s always kinda weird to have it done in front of random people walking by. On the other hand, Megan’s studio is private and very comfortable. Her massage work in the chair was sooo good, focusing on my neck and shoulders. Even though it’s shorter than a typical massage the relief is still 100%." - Stephen H.
